CYCLOPS would like to thank Bike 4 Betty for the opportunity to perform at the Family Fun Festival. What a fun day – and for such a great cause!
Cyclists from novice to professional rode a choice of five routes, with the longest including a challenging circuit west towards the Niagara Escarpment. Young, old and everyone in between biked for ‘Betty’ who represents all the courageous women in our community and their families whose lives are touched by cancer. Proceeds from Bike 4 Betty support cancer services at Trillium Health Centre.

A: That would be CYCLOPS: Cycling Oriented Puppet Squad! Our 2010 Squad have hit the streets of Toronto in their quest to bring theatre to cyclists and cyclists to the theatre!
Keep your eyes peeled to spot them on the move, or join them at these events:
May 28th: Critical Mass We’re not blocking traffic, we are traffic! Critical Mass is a great way to see the city at a relaxed pace by bike, without riding in the gutter. Meet at the corner of Bloor and Spadina, 6 pm – leave at 6:30 pm on the last Friday of every month.
May 29th: Bells on Bloor: The Musical Join Toronto’s first ever musical on a thousand wheels, brought to you by the kind folks at Bells on Bloor and Clay & Paper Theatre. One time only – not to be missed!
May 30th: Bike 4 Betty We’ve prepared some very special entertainment for this fundraising bike ride in support of Trillium’s Betty Wallace Women’s Health Centre.
