An unlikely comedy with puppets, live music, and special appearances from a biologist, a babysitter, and some rock star pirates. Performed amongst the trees of beautiful Dufferin Grove Park, Between Sea & Sky is the story of a nautical journey across a wet pebble called Earth. As the great ship carrying half of humanity charges forth into uncharted waters, will its passengers choose to look forward or look back? Between Sea & Sky is a comedic allegory with somber implications; when push comes to shove, who will be left behind? Evening performances will also feature a pre-show by our very own Cyclops: Cycling Oriented Puppet Squad . This newly-formed performance squad, funded by the Ontario Trillium Foundation, will be bringing theatre to cyclists and cyclists to the theatre over the next three years.
